We are going to be recording two episodes of the Sperb's Herbs podcast. The first covers another class of Chinese formulas, the nourish the yin formulas, used for a variety of reasons and often for women’s issues including menstrual and menopausal. The second episode covers the Chinese herb E Bu Shi Cao (Small Centipeda Herb) from the warm, acrid herbs that release the exterior category.
