Marketing Your Practice: Strategic Position & Target Market
When I taught practice management in schools, I always used to say this is the most important class in the school (which few students actually believed until they were out in the real world). And if that was the most important course in the program, the classes on marketing were the most important classes in the course AND the program. The most important aspect of a successful practice is getting patients in the door. This and our next course will take a close look at marketing. In this first course on marketing, we will discuss our strategic position, in other words, what makes it different, our target market, risks of various approaches, and other more theoretical aspects of marketing. We will make important decisions and lay the foundation for successful practice marketing. Donโt miss this crucial webinar for practice success.
This course is part of an ongoing series of classes in our Mastering Business for Acupuncturists series which looks at business, practice, and marketing with an emphasis on helping acupuncturists become as successful as possible. When one of is more successful, we are all more successful and our profession benefitsโฆ
