This course will look at headaches from a biomedical perspective and then explore Chinese medical theories and approaches to treating them.

This course will go into the basics of interpreting blood results, emphasizing common test panels like the CBC, lipid panel, and common tests including vitamin and mineral assays. And the overarching question we will attempt to answer is how can looking at bloodwork help us do acupuncture and prescribe herbs more effectively.
