We are going to be recording three episodes of the Sperb's Herbs podcast. The first covers another Chinese single herb, Jiang Huang (Tumeric), the second episode covers the Chinese formula Run Chang Wan (Moisten the Intestines Pill from Master Shen's Book), and the third is one of the most expensive herbs used in Chinese medicine: Dong Chang Xia Cao (Cordyceps).
